Michael O’Dell serves as the President of NFM Consulting LLC, a specialized Texas-
based industrial consulting and contracting firm offering Advanced Automation services
for the Power Industry, for Oil & Gas production, for Data Center construction, for
Battery Storage Programming and for Water System Filtration operators across the
state of Texas.

With over 20 years in Oilfield, Energy and Telecommunications experience, Mike’s
comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in the tech sector has helped clients solve
their multifaceted technical issues, maximize their Building Automation Systems,
modernize their complex infrastructures, optimize their SCADA systems and turn
complex industrial sites into reliable, measurable, integrated and scalable assets.

Mike has put together an outstanding-cross trained Automation team that also designs,
builds, integrates, installs and supports a variety of Automation systems that keep
critical operation online using their extensive multi sector expertise, critical analysis
skills, field-proven engineering, and their ability to offer strong support.

Recognizing the ever increasing importance of Demand Response programs, being
ERCOT compliant, and being energy efficient, NFM aims to be an integral part of the
next generation of Automation capabilities for the Power sector.

Mike’s Automation team currently works with the major customers in each of the listed
sectors and services the state of Texas from the companies’ San Antonio headquarters
and its field offices in Ft. Worth and Ft. Stockton, Texas. NFM under Mike’s leadership
helps bridge the gap between field reality and modern control systems.
