Both. We deliver the resource-side telemetry, controls, and I&E field work and coordinate directly with the QSE's SCADA and ICCP teams. QSEs engage us to keep their represented resources qualified, dispatchable, and performing; resource owners engage us to meet the requirements of the QSE that represents them.

The ICCP link to ERCOT is the QSE's interface. Our role is the resource-side chain — field instrumentation, RTUs, controls, communications, and the resource-to-QSE telemetry mapping — which we build and validate to hand off cleanly to your ICCP and SCADA. We coordinate closely with those teams during integration and qualification.

By fixing the OT layer that determines awards: accurate, validated telemetry so resources qualify and stay dispatchable; automated base-point following so resources track dispatch with minimal deviation; and proactive field maintenance and monitoring so resources are available when awarded. These directly affect eligibility, performance scoring, and avoided penalties across a portfolio.
